SEND Anchor is run by a UK-based parent — not a big company. It's a small, parent-led project made to help families understand and support their child's behaviour and daily life.
What data is stored
The information you choose to add: behaviour logs and notes, patterns, reminders, any messages with Insights or the Intervention Coach, and the parent and child details needed to use the app.

Where your data lives
Your data is hosted securely on servers in the UK/EU. It’s encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. Your data is never sold, and it's never shared with third parties for marketing. It's yours, and it stays under your control.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your data and your account at any time — just email hello@sendanchor.com and I’ll remove it for you.

No. SEND Anchor is a tool to help you organise information and try strategies. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and it doesn't replace professional support.
